Sweet Potato Oatmeal Banana Bread French Toast

Made this delicious, super healthy bread...

What do you do with the last two pieces?

You indulge and use them to make the BEST french toast possible. Top it with fried pineapple in a brown sugar butter with pecans and finish it with a sprinkle of cool, fresh mango slices.

Whoa....makes me want to do food photography and become a pastry/brunch chef all at the same time.
